Since its introduction in 1957, the original Wilson A2000 Series has set the standard for premium quality ball gloves. Developed together with engineers, craftsmen and Major League players, the A2000 Series is the ultimate defensive tool. Used on MLB fields since 1998, the A2000 SuperSkin models were developed to be as lightweight as possible, without sacrificing performance or durability. SuperSkin repels moisture and reduces the overall weight of the glove while still being 2x stronger than conventional leather. The SuperSkin models strategically place American Pro Stock leather at certain points such as the palm and web to give it even more rugged durability. Pro Stock American Steerhide is prized by players for strength and unmatched feel. It has even been called "the perfect ball glove leather". Its durability is enhanced even further with Dual-Welting pre-curved finger design that helps the pocket keep its shape and stay stable. Think it's impossible to improve perfection? Think again. Put millions of hours of passion for excellence in the palm of your hand with a Wilson A2000 SuperSkin glove!
