The A2000 Pudge catcher's mitt was built from input of one the game's greatest catchers, Ivan Rodriguez. With his insights, Wilson made a 32.5” glove with a wider 1/2 Moon Web along with a stiffer thumb and extended palm for increased mobility and durability, as well as reduced rebound. The Dri-Lex wrist lining helps move moisture away from your skin to keep you cool and comfortable through every inning.

Perfect glove for:

High school and college fielders shopping a specific position pattern rather than a general-purpose glove.

The Wilson A2000 is a baseball glove line spanning every fielding position, including catcher. Each glove carries a pattern code like 1786 or OT7 that fixes size and position. Web shape and shell material vary between releases of the same pattern. Dual welting in the finger backs and a Dri-Lex wrist lining run through the line. Wilson positions the line for high school, college and pro players.
