The glove is in great shape. Broken in well with no cracks in the leather.

Perfect glove for:

Youth infielders with smaller hands who cannot yet close a full-size adult glove on their own.

The Rawlings R9 is an all-leather baseball glove offered in a ContoUR fit. ContoUR narrows the finger stalls and shrinks the wrist opening. That lets a smaller hand close the glove without fighting it. Other R9 models use a standard or narrow fit instead. Rawlings does most of the break-in at the factory, so it plays early.
