With the Heritage Series, glove designers from Rawlings Sporting Goods Company have re-created a glove with a vintage appearance through a unique shell coloration (saddle tan), special branding and lightweight inner padding which provides the ultimate in shape retention, flexibility and quick, easy break-in. Ideal for both baseball and softball players, this new line-up of high performance gloves stands alone in offering pro features in designs geared for both experienced and recreational players. * 12" Pattern Size * Conventional back provides lower finger stalls and improves fit and glove control * Basket Web® provides strength and durability * Saddle brandy leather * Deer tanned cowhide palm and finger lining for strength and comfort * Leather binding and lacing for durability * Adjustable thumb loops for custom fit * Embossed logo branding History: Rawlings produced the XPG120S model baseball glove as part of its Heritage Series line, primarily in the late 1990s to early 2000s. It does not appear to be a single-year production model, but rather part of a series that spanned a few years. Some of the initial models produced during this period were "Made in USA" and featured a specific USA flag stamp, while later models had a slightly different appearance and were manufactured elsewhere. The XPG designation originated in 1958 when Rawlings introduced its "experimental player glove" series. The XPG120S was a later iteration within the broader Heritage line.
