Picture was a new ion on its case. Showed up used with sticky crap all inside the shaft and scraped up head. Plus said 1-3 days for shipping and had to follow up on day 4 and he said those shipping dates don’t mean anything. Awful seller

The product was advertised as new but it was clearly used. My son loves it so it doesn’t really matter. Just disappointed in the advertising. Seller did a great job with communication so I’m not upset
