Item arrived unclean with literal clumps of hair stuck in the helmet. When I unbuckled the chinstrap to clean it, the chinstrap broke. I was offered an unsatisfactory partial refund and the seller refused to take a return. Also the extra money I spent on return insurance does not cover damaged items
