Nicely packaged and quality item

Package did not ship for a week after purchase and there was zero communication explaining the tardiness. Would not use seller again.

Advertised as new, definitely used, one buckle had hockey tape and a few straps falling apart but useable and some are repaired. I paid a fair price regardless but they aren’t new.
