The packaging used was not sufficient for the length of travel. It was partly open on one end and very surprised the item made it without falling out. It possibly could have fallen out due to the fact that there was USPS tape on the butt of the bat.

Great experience. There was excellent and rapid communication between the seller and myself prior to and after the purchase. The bat was shipped on the same day as purchase. The bat is exactly as described. I would do business with the seller again
