When shipping there needs to be more wrap around the toe of the stick... it's all scratched up and almost looks used now

Shipping took too long. The item was shipped wrapped in a plastic bag and candy-stripe taping. There was no cardboard or protective shipping material. I realized that cross-border arrival would be delayed, but not to this extent.
