Timely and as described

Bought two heads. Upon purchasing seller informed me that he was only sending one? shipped the item without my agreement to the new deal. The condition of the head was rough. Seller felt I was still getting a "deal". Brand New retail is the same that I payed. Least pleasant experience so far on sls.
