Item was advertised as new; however, when received a set of straps were cut off and there was a slit in the gear. Seller wouldn’t offer partial refund yet did offer to take it back and issue a full refund. My husband decided to keep it anyways since he needed a chest protector quickly.

Product received in good condition. Box was opened prior to receipt but bat was not damaged.
