Helmet is new, as advertised with all the accompanying paper work. Other comment is that shipping info was really challenging. Item did not start in transit for 4 days with the projected arrival on Jan 25th. Then once it shipped out, it was upped to Jan 28th. Item actually arrived on Jan 20th.
