Came relatively fast for a decent price

First of all the shaft was not brand new. It was missing the classic maverik sliding cap. When I asked the seller what happened to it he said it came from the factory like that. As if I’m stupid. He also refused to refund me and take it back saying it was in perfect condition. Awful experience!!!!
