Everything was fine. The shipment started late, but it all worked out perfectly.

What an absolute mess. My experience with Claudia may serve as a warning to others. In short, seller never took personal responsibility for selling skis missing key hardware. Ultimately, she played the victim, shifted blame in an accusatory and condescending way. Dispute had to be settled by SS.
