Andrew was fantastic. Irons are even better than expected, like brand new. A couple of the clubs were hit, maybe a couple times. The only blemish, a small chip on the sole of the 7 iron was described in the selling info. He even had head covers on each iron to protect any clatter during shipping 5/5
