Seller description
The 2021 Rawlings R9 First Base glove is a 12.5" model designed specifically for right-hand throwers playing fastpitch softball. The R9 series features premium steer-hide leather, which offers a balance between break-in time and durability, helping the glove hold its shape over time. The I-Web pattern provides a solid pocket with good visibility and control, making it suitable for fielding quick throws and scooping balls at first base. This glove is lightly used and maintains its structure and performance. This 12.5" glove is ideal for high school and college players who need reliable coverage and secure catching ability at first base. The size is standard for this position, offering enough reach without sacrificing quick ball transfers. It suits players comfortable with right-handed throws seeking a glove that performs consistently in competitive fastpitch settings.
