This bat is constructed with 100% Pure 360 Composite material, where Louisville Slugger incorporates strong graphite fibers inside the barrel to reduce thickness and increase strength. Also in the barrel is inner discs, called the S1iD Technology, which increases barrel flex and create a more forgiving sweet spot for hitters to take advantage of. The Xeno is also a 2-piece bat, connected using the iST Technology, the innovative method that joins the barrel and handle for a great overall feel and limited sting to the hands upon contact with the softball. This particular Xeno has a -11 length to weight ratio and has a balanced swing weight. This balanced weight distribution allows for increased bat speed through the zone while still being smooth and easy to control.
