Brand new (never hit) maple wood slow pitch softball bat. Customized on Viper Bats website, specs below: - Material: Maple Prime - Ink Dot - Size: 33” - weight: 29oz - Barrel Color: Matte Navy Blue - Handle Color: Unfinished - Color Separator: Gold - Logo and Engraving Color: Silver - Cupping: No At the beginning this summer I customized this bat on their website. I hit it a few times and absolutely loved it but it cracked early on. Viper adhered to their warranty policy and sent me a new one but it took a few weeks so I bought another LS bat at Dicks in the meantime. Now I’m used to the LS and don’t want to switch back even though this Viper felt so good. I truly believe a crack early was a freak occurrence for I know a bunch of people with these bats and they’ve never broken one.
