Top Sheet Condition 9.0 This top sheet condition will have very thin scratches or scuffing to the top layer of the snowboard. These scratches will be minimal in size and few in quantity. Base Condition 9.5 This base condition is of a snowboard that may have never been used and is only showing scuffing incurred during storage or may have been used but still looks new with no visible cosmetic damage. Bases that have a fresh tune on them are counted in this category as they will show no scratching and look new.
