Product Description

DPS Wailer skis are known for their innovative design and distinctive shape, which offers the stability of a long ski combined with the agility of a shorter ski. With phenomenal edge grip and exceptional turning ease, the DPS Wailer skis are responsive and forgiving on all types of terrain. This ski has the versatility for G-force turns on hard pack while remaining playful in powder. The tips are easy to drive down the mountain, keeping the ski afloat and stable in various conditions. Alchemist construction replaced the Pure3 carbon in 2018, improving the performance and adding more versatility to the classic model. DPS Wailer skis have a legacy of dominating ski tests and the premium price tag is a clear reflection that these skis were designed with the highest quality and attention to detail in mind.

Expert Notes

DPS is known for making incredible skis, especially thanks to their carbon construction. Next-level, vibration-tuned aerospace grade carbon is set above and below an Aspen wood core to keep the dampness and smoothness at optimal levels without hindering the playful or poppy nature of these skis. DPS Wailer skis have also been designed with a shape that makes them one of the best all-around powder sticks in the game. These are a perfect ski for someone looking to lap the backcountry all day. Wailers are stiff enough to ride through pow and crud and everything in between while feeling wonderfully light when skinning back up the mountain.
