This is a race ski that is perfect for second (2nd) year U14 racers and U16 racers who want a competition Slalom race ski. If you are a male skier, then this IS the ski to make the transition to 165cm "FIS" Mens skis. If you are a female skier, then this IS the FIS ski for you. This SL race ski has been meticulously maintained used for two seasons as 'racer & trainer'; we switched back and forth our two (2) pairs of skis regularly between 'racer & trainer'. This pair of 2017-18 model year 156cm SL W's FIS ski comes with the Marker "Piston" plate already on it and includes the Marker Race Xcell 12 binding (as pictured). Skis bases & edges have about 50% of their tuning life remaining. This pair is in good shape.
