The 2026 Armada Stranger 100 is a highly progressive all-mountain ski designed to blur the boundaries between hard-carving freeride and playful freestyle performance. Built primarily to maximize fun on average resort days, it pairs a remarkably tight slalom-style turning radius with unique, park-inspired construction features. Key Specifications & Geometry • Profile: Rocker / Camber / Rocker (Armada Freestyle Rocker profile). • Dimensions: 140 mm tip / 100 mm waist / 121 mm tail (at 180 cm length). • Turn Radius: 15.8 meters (at 180 cm), offering highly agile, short, and responsive carving performance. • Weight: 2100 grams per ski at 180 cm. • Lengths Available: 172 cm and 180 cm. Design & Technology Highlights • Poplar & Ash Wood Core: A dense wood core blend providing exceptional stability, dampening, and dynamic rebound without utilizing heavy metal laminates. • Edgeless Butter Zone: The steel edge is intentionally omitted in the straight-tapered tip shovel area, allowing effortless, catch-free nose butters and creative presses. • Springboard Tail: A rockered, highly elastic tail construction that delivers massive pop out of carved turns and handles explosive wheelies or terrain tricks with ease. • AR75 Sidewalls & 2.5 Impact Ededges: Features robust sandwich construction underfoot for precise edge grip, paired with heavy-duty heat-treated edges built to withstand impacts.
