The 2023 Atomic Maven 86 is a highly versatile all-mountain ski designed to handle the diverse conditions found across the entire resort. Developed and tested in North America, this ski features Atomic’s OMatic Core—a balanced blend of poplar wood, fiberglass, and carbon layers—providing the perfect mix of stability and flex. The Flow Profile combines the ideal amount of camber, shovel taper, and tip rocker to ensure the ski stays hooked up on hardpack while floating effortlessly through crust and slush. At 86mm underfoot, it is narrow enough to be responsive on groomed runs but wide enough to provide confidence when you venture off the beaten path into the trees or light powder. Condition Report Top Sheet Condition: 8.5 This top sheet condition may have some chips along the edges that will not need repaired. There may be moderate to heavy amounts of scratching to the surface of the tip and tails from ski usage. The ski may have some epoxy repairs to the edges of the ski. There is no compromising damage to the ski’s top sheet. Base Condition: 9.0 Scratches will be minimal in size and few in quantity. Any scratches that have occurred are from standard skiing without hitting any obstacles or from ski storage. These skis have a fresh coat of wax on them and are ready to hit the slope.
