The Progressor F17 is a slalom-style ski intended for ripping groomers. Its dimensions are very similar to a race ski (120 mm tip, 73 mm waist, 103 mm tail) and its use of Dual Radius System (see below for details) allows for a 14-17 m radius, designed to make a variety of different turns on different terrain. While this is slalom-focused, the range in radius is constructed for giant slalom turns as well when you want to go a little faster than usual. This ski is part of Fischer's Progressor series, which specializes in race-like skis that are designed to tear up groomers. Razorshape sidewalls are leveled to reduce weight and minimize contact with the snow. A dual radius system is designed to allow different radiuses in the tip and tail for easy engagement and adaptation to big and small turns. On Piste Rocker is built to slightly lift the tips and tail up and off the ground to get over powder and other varied conditions, designed to make turn engagement easier.
