Swix 115 GS poles. My son (now a U16) (and many of his teammates) swears by Swix poles. The GS poles are less bent than other brands, so the offer a powerful push out of the gate without resorting to straight poles. He also feels the traditional strap offers a better pole plant action than the Leki trigger system. If you wrap the strap through your hand the pole extends to plant and then springs back into grip position. 115cm length is suited to 5'-5" to 5'-9" athletes depending (at either extreme) on personal preference.
