Bought new for $400 in May 2023, worn exactly 4 days at Mt. Hood...and now they're too small. Didn't even have a chance to visit the boot fitter, so no modifications at all to the boots. Other than a bit of scuffing on the inside ankle area, the shell looks brand new. The liners also are like brand new except for 2 small incisions for boot heaters, which were never installed; won't affect the performance of the liner at all.
