I cut it down to 29 inches but there is a very small crack so you would have to cut it down to 28 inches. I have only used it in the summer and 3 games. It does have paint chips from tape pulling off the textured grip. It is made out of carbon and weighs 160 grams. Message me for more details. I am willing to trade
