Used literally once in practice
The Maverik Optik 3 enhances its predecessors as a high-performance option for offensive players. It features an increased offset for a deeper pocket, a shortened throat for a better top-hand feel, and a dual-strut sidewall for stiffness and reduced weight. With 20 sidewall holes, it allows for customizable stringing to suit individual preferences.
Building off the previous 2 generations, this head is the most advanced model of Maverik’s offensive heads. It has a shorter throat on the head, which reduces the distance between the player's top hand and the ball so you have more control. This head was designed with the inside finisher in mind, with an increased feel and face shape for passing and shooting. With 20 sidewall holes, this head allows you to string the head any way you like.

Ideal pinch and taper. Perfect for a mid pocket. Very durable.
I love the face shape of the Maverick Optik 3. The wider shape, but still narrow channel allows all around players to develop a pocket to their liking. The multitude of sidewall holes allows a customization of pockets like not many other heads do in the industry.
