I bought this thing over a year ago and have just held onto it. I threw it on a shaft and that is the extent of use for this head. There is some markings from the screw, as shown in the last image.
I am able to string this head with your choice of pocket and materials (mesh and strings) for an extra fee- $20 for labor + cost of mesh.
