CCM Tacks Hockey Skates These are like new CCM Tacks. They were worn twice. No wear. No tear. No puck marks. The steel has been sharpened only once. These skates are CCM's reintroduction of the Tacks line. This was a top of the line skate and features a full composite boot for pro-level performance. The main performance aspect featured on this skate is CCM's ATTACKFRAME design which refers to the carbon twill composite that is positioned in the heel and eyelets to store energy and release when striding, offering you the most explosive five steps possible. The T6 Pro foam core is an extra-stiff EPP Foam which not only keeps the skate lightweight, but also offers great ankle support. The SpeedBlade 4.0 holder has been carried over from the RBZ to the Tacks skate because of its success. The SB 4.0 holder is 4mm taller which eventually translates to up to a 10% better turning radius on all turns. This was a high-level skate when it was first introduced. I just preferred the JetSpeeds after all was said and done. Originally retailed for over $800. Price reduced to $250 or best offer.
