Wore these for exactly a year. Holders are in good condition. Steel is in good condition. This listing does not include inserts. On the inside of the left skate, the heel padding has degraded. From a skater standpoint it didn’t bother me. The tongues are a double felt, they were giving me skate lace so I put a piece of tape on the tongues. Feel free to shoot me any questions or offers!!!

There is not as much difference between the HyperLite and the HyperLite 2 as there was between the Hyperlite and the 2x Pro, but the 2 is really just a lighter skate. More comfort features have been added also, and there is a new locking mechanism. The HyperLite 2 still offers the quick release, but it's a different upgraded style, which makes it easier to switch the steel in and out. The holder itself is different and extremely lightweight.
