These are old (but very infrequently worn) CCM recreational hockey skates (the type you might buy at a sporting goods big-box store, NOT a hockey pro shop). I'm pretty sure they've never been sharpened, which might explain why their owner didn't enjoy skating. They certainly haven't been skated on enough to make them as dull as they are!
