RARE MLX HOCKEY SKATES SIZE 10 MADE IN CANADA MAKO TRUE VH

Lightly worn MLX hockey skates. Made in Canada. Size senior 10. length is close to a just slightly shorter Bauer 10. This groundbreaking skate was the testbed for what ultimately became the Easton Mako and VH / True skate lines. Both trace their design cues and developers to the MLX program. U.S. Olympic speed skater and former skating coach for the Chicago Blackhawks, Dave Cruikshank partnered with Scott Van Horne to create a lightweight, composite hockey skate that form-fits to the skater's foot while still providing superior comfort and protection. From there, MLX brought in Mario Lemieux as an investor and endorser. The skate tech was ultimately purchased by Easton, with the result of that the Mako skate. These MLX skates features removable tongues, flexible Achilles tendon guards, unique holder mounting system that allows for lateral adjustment on the boot by the user. This enables you to dial in your set up to your skating style and technique. In very good condition, these were only worn a handful of times. A few faint scuffs/puck marks are the only signs of use.
