Used UPGRADED Bauer Vapor APX D&R (Regular) Size 8 Hockey Skates

Bauer Vapor APX skates were far ahead of their time when they came out. Extremely lightweight, extremely tough; these were the Flagship of the Vapor line. Aside from cosmetic scuffs, these are in very good condition, as you can tell from the photographs. The only ding is the typical wear-spot at the top of the eyelets where the tongue contacts the liner--see photo #10. However, the tendon guard is completely intact and has not been bent. The composite metatarsal guard with the FormFit3 tongue is the one many current skates are being retro-fitted to. ALL of the rivets are brand-new (see below). The footbed is a heat-moldable Bauer Speedplate. Take these to your local shop and have them baked (or watch a YouTube video), and your skates will HUG your feet! The upgrade is the addition of Tuuk Lightspeed Edge holders--allowing you to swap out your steel quickly! This effectively upgrades the skate to the APX2, and gives you so much versatility in your game! Don't let these get away! If you're considering buying a current mid-level skate, these will blow away anything you could get for this price! Don't settle for a mediocre, heavy skate when you could be in a top-of-the-line skate for a mere fraction of the cost.
