Senior Bauer Nexus 1N Hockey Skates D&R (Regular) Size 8.5

This is a used pair of Bauer Nexus 1N adult ice hockey skates in size 8.5D. Bauer is discontinuing the Nexus line so if you fit this line and want an upgrade or replacement for your existing skates, now is the time. They are too big for my feet and nothing could fix that. Highlights: - Have been heat-fit twice but can be safely heat fit again per Bauer's recommendations - Includes Speed Plate footbeds and standard foam inserts - Steel is LS4 and has been sharpened only a few times - Boots have some marks from pucks, holders have more marks. Right holder has a small gouge/cut. Small spot where I blocked a puck and it seems to have slightly damaged the fiber. Spot is smaller than a dime and doesn't seem to affect anything. Past Usage: I wore these for roughly 15 games in a low-level recreational league. I always wore these under shot blockers (the plastic covers that protect your feet and by extension, the skates). The skates were baked twice and can be safely baked at a hockey shop one more time to fit your feet per manufacturer recommendations. Condition: As these were used to play hockey they have some blemishes from pucks hitting them, most notably in the Lightspeed holders. Please review the pics. The right holder has a small chunk missing but that doesn't affect anything. No rust on the rivets. Some wear around the boot and there's one spot smaller than the size of a dime (pictured) where it looks like the fiber was hit but this doesn't seem to be substantial or in need of repair. The boots look great aside from some puck marks on the toes. Additional Components: These come with Bauer Speed Plates which can be re-heat-fit to your feet. I barely wore these footbeds as I tried other footbeds to try to get a better fit. They also have PowerFoot inserts in the toes which can be pulled out if needed. Laces are brand new/stock laces. Also included are barely used Bauer standard foam footbeds. Please ask any questions! Thank you!
