The Bauer Vapor Fly40 is an intermediate-level hockey skate designed with Bauer's Fit 1 last, offering a regular D&R (regular) width for a comfortable, snug fit without being too narrow. Its streamlined design focuses on lightweight performance and agility, making it suitable for players looking for enhanced mobility on the ice. The Fly40 model typically features durable synthetic materials and an anatomical fit meant to support quick stops and sharp turns. This pair is a used 2025 model in size 5, well-suited for growing players transitioning from beginner to more competitive play. These skates are ideal for intermediate players who need a reliable, responsive skate that balances comfort and performance. The Fit 1 width accommodates players who do not require a narrow or wide fit, making them suitable for many youth and smaller adult skaters. If you're developing your skating skills and want solid support without high-end features aimed at elite performance, these skates could be a practical choice.
