This listing is for a pair of used True Pro Custom hockey skates in a senior size 9 with a wide heel width (E&W). These skates are unique because the heel is wider than standard, while the ball width of the skate is regular. The toe box provides plenty of room, and when tightened, my toes do not touch the end, ensuring a comfortable fit. The skates come with a larger tongue that is adjustable and secured with Velcro for added customization. The blades are Tuuk brand and feature a quick-release mechanism for easy removal. The color of the skates is black, and these are a special make-up model, not a stock design. Overall, these skates offer a distinctive fit for players needing a wider heel while maintaining reliable performance components.

Perfect skates for:

Any player who values a customized fit.

True Custom Hockey Skates are designed for individual foot anatomy, utilizing a 3D scanning process for personalized shells that ensure optimal fit and performance. This approach marks a shift from traditional skates and showcases True's dedication to innovation. Founded by Scott Van Horne, who has over 30 years in the custom skate industry, True emphasizes individualized performance reflecting its heritage.

“

The True Pro Custom are the skates I currently use. They're fantastic. The durability on these is just otherworldly. I've used my Pro Customs for over two years, and they still hold up great. In being custom, a lot of the holders (what keeps the steel in) can be swapped out. They will feature the quick-release Bauer version, or you'll see these skates with the quick-release CCM version. When you're looking for these skates, you can pretty much find whatever you desire.
