The skates are Bauer Supreme Mach size 8, fit 2. The skates do have some changes to them. They come with black, straight from Bauer, holders which are oversized to 280 vs the original 272 holders that came with the skates. The larger holders are fantastic for getting additional contact to the ice improving your speed and stability. Additionally, the boots do have shot blockers on the inside and outside panels, to reduce the impact of pucks to your skates. Beneath the shot blockers the boots are in fantastic shape. The skates have been used for 2 years, but only in a beer league intensity once a week. They still have a ton of life to them. The skates are still in great condition with no integrity issues, purely cosmetic. The inside liner is free of any rips or tears, just minor wear that comes with regular usage. The tongues, on the outsides, have rips to them as a result of the laces. This is something that can be patched. Per request, I can remove the over size holders off the skate. You would however have to seal the rivet holes, purchase your own holders and put them on. Blades aren’t included as I am using them for my other pair of skates, additionally there is no insole inside the boot because I had used customs.
