The strap holding the lower bicep guard tore so I removed it before it could actually fall off and drilled through the shoulder cap and ran zip ties through to hold it together forever. It’s solid, wearing them you can’t tell anything has been changed. I got some new pads because I have no impulse control but I could have kept wearing these for a long time I think.
