Purchased last week at Hockey Monkey, wore it for a pickup and loved it but my girlfriend got mad at me for not sticking with a cage and well, this is the end result of that "discussion". Comes with everything you see in the pics including the receipt in case you need it for anything. No scratches that I can see, though there is some faint lint stuck to it from using the anti-fog spray. There is a slight piece of extra plexi on the lower right side where the edge is toward the back of the visor but it doesn't affect the view, just figured I would mention it. Some marks where the screws go in but again, doesn't affect the field of vision. The Oakley stickers these come with are pretty cheap and get dinged up easily so that is why they have some marks on them.
