The VM 9500 goal mask is a highly evolved and improved version of the previous 8800 goal mask. The shell has been strengthened and is now 3mm thick and also features added reinforcements of Kevlar and Spectra glass in the forehead and chin areas, with most of the shell being constructed of carbon fiber. A high temperature compression molding process heat sets epoxy resin with carbon fiber and fiberglass materials.
