Cooper GP59 Vintage Brown Leather Goalie Pads

Hi goalies. For sale is a vintage pair of Cooper GP59 Vintage Brown Leather Goalie Pads. As you can see by the photos, they are very well used. They truly are vintage, harkening back to another time, another era. They have patches, tears, and wear spots. (please see photos to help with the description) They have been mended, sewn, restuffed, straps replaced, and all that goes with a pad that is this old. I put down the size as 28", although they are a little past that (almost 29", depending on where you measure them.) I'd say these pads would make a great display piece in a sports room, sports bar/restaurant, or if you collect hockey memorabilia. I've actually worn them a few times, as they are the pads from my era. Recently, I had them on display behind the counter of the pro shop where I work PT.
