Starting with the face of the pad, the GSX features a Vapor-inspired Thin profile with a soft flex for enhanced flexibility and feel. A flat-faced design means rebounds will kick out true and predictably.
The GSX will also feature Bauer’s Tune Fit strap system, designed to offer both comfort and easy rotation of the pads into position.
The knee of the GSX features Bauer’s Stabiliflex Knee block, designed to limit over-rotation and offer some flexibility throughout. An adjustable/removable knee wing is also featured, allowing for goalies to strap the pads either across or down the knee as they prefer.
Finally down at the boot, Bauer put a 115 degree soft flex boot, which is a hybrid of the Vapor and Supreme models, designed to offer maximum flex and comfort. A centered toe bridge with multi-point adjustment finishes out the pad.
