So for players who want a pad that's connected to their legs, True came out with this strapping system and nicknamed it the FRS or the "fast rotation system". They're very light and have a great feel on the body. The main selling point of True is that it's made in one factory in Montreal. Some people like to know that, say, Jordan Binnington of the St. Louis Blues, his gear is being built directly next to theirs by the same designers.
