Pads are white, blue and red decorations are Pad Skins and can be peeled off. New toe bungees. The strap that goes under the skate is missing (my sons didn’t use them) but can be replaced. Velcro is strong. Buckles are tight. There is some fraying on the top velcro closure where the velcro from the knee pads rubbed. I had 2 kids use these pads for less than a season before outgrowing them. Great pads.
