DAMAGED. Full disclosure you can see at the right pad toward the top where the internal cord which attaches the strapping to the pad face the bindings have broken. Honestly, even the left pad they’re worn. If you know somebody they can fix this every other surface of these pads are in great shape. But I’m getting rid of them for cheap hoping someone knows a good repair tech. Make me an offer. I’ll ship them to you and maybe you can make use of them.
