True 12.2 set Specs as follows: Pads- 32+2 single internal single external break, pre-curved, ultra slide. instead of FRS these have one elastic calf strap and two leather straps. The elastic was loose so had the Velcro re-stitched to make for a slightly more snug feel. Blocker - standard with Nash palm, palm has a small wear spot but it’s not worn through completely. This is the only noticeable wear on the set. Glove - 580, single T, game ready.

Perfect set for:
the competitive goalie seeking a balance between mobility and control.
Flexibility
Slideability
Durability

The True L12.2 goalie full set, handcrafted by Lefevre, enhances the L12.1 line with a refined hybrid pad design for goalies using both butterfly and traditional techniques. It features high-density foam for better ice sealing and a traditional shin and boot construction for powerful movements. The innovative Fast Rotation System (FRS) allows for quick calf strap adjustments, maximizing stability and responsiveness in the crease.

The True Goalie Pad has a simplified strapping system across the back of the leg. So for players who want a pad that's connected to their legs, True came out with this strapping system and nicknamed it the FRS or the "fast rotation system". They're very light and have a great feel on the body. The main selling point of True is that it's made in one factory in Montreal. Some people like to know that, say, Jordan Binnington of the St. Louis Blues, his gear is being built directly next to theirs by the same designers. People are willing to wait longer and pay more for that kind of craftsmanship.
