I used once in a pickup game a bit small for me but they run slightly bigger than ccm 34s but very slightly. They have the speed skin stuff on the sliding surface they slide way better than most stock true pads. I have the bungee laces on them and the other side of the Velcro for the behind the knee strap are there I just took them off I will put them back on before shipping.
