New 30+2" Regular Velocity V10 Goalie Full Set

All new for 2023, Vaughn unleashes the newest version of their iconic Velocity line; introducing the Vaughn Velocity V10 Intermediate Goalie Leg pads! The inside edge is built with Vaughn’s QuickSlide material which is visually and physically different from regular synthetic jenpro. This inside edge has also been reinforced with harder foams. With these harder foams and QuickSlide material, it creates one of the best slides that any Vaughn pad has ever had. The V10 Intermediate features a firm internal core complete with HD side rails for increased pad stability. Three flat knee rolls complete the classic Velocity look while allowing for more predictable rebounds off the face. Finally a low profile outer roll with a single break allows for added flexibility to the already pre-curved shape. Vaughn has thinned out the outer panel for a less bulky and more flexible and responsive pad, and to help utilize the full 11” pad width. Moving to the leg channel, the calf wing is extended down to add more cover against the bottom of the leg. At the knee, the knee block is attached directly to the inner core of the pad for immediate pad response, while the landing surface is wider to provide better comfort and more forgiveness in the landing. A removable central knee cradle aids in pad rotation and control, while a two-way adjustable strap allows the goalie to strap either across the knee or down to the calf depending on their preference. Finally at the boot, an easy flex lower scoop design is paired with a reinforced instep with a flat profile to facilitate easier skate movement during pad rotation. The V10 Int features a reinforced front board and a deep top bend for precise puck deflection. A molded inner core foam board with HD foam offers added rigidity and a back hand cushion pad offers both comfort and protection. Moving to the side, the V10 features a large solid side shield for impact resistance. Meanwhile, a double layer of protection on the side of the index finger protects the goalie from wayward sticks and slashes, while a carbon molded thumb insert offers unmatched thumb protection. At the top finger protectors featuring HD foam protect the hand from all angles.
