Used Vaughn V9 (retail) FULL SET, 32+2, green/navy/white, xp pro glove

Selling a used set of Vaughn v9 32+2 pads. These are the retail model and were originally all white. They were painted with angelus leather paint. The areas you can see that have worn were from how I prepared it, the paint holds up to pucks just fine and it shouldn't wear any further (it hasn't worn any differently for the last year). Pictures of how they looked freshly painted for color accuracy (green is a little lighter than canucks/stars wear, the navy blue isn't as black as these new pictures make it look.) If you are interested in the process I made a tutorial and could advise how to touch it up/refinish them. Leg pads : No cuts but need new toe ties. Knee strap flaps and bootstraps aren't pictured but will be included (never used them). Glove : XP pro one piece cuff, 590 break. Some wear at the top of the fingers, see pictures. I had it repaired once by rebound athletic repair, and it may eventually need that done again (it was $40). Blocker - palm is in great condition but there is one small hole in the mesh of the middle finger, see pictures. I've had this set for two years of beer league and they still play great. I'm selling because I may have to stop playing for health reasons. If you grew up in softer pads and find newer pads unfamiliar, the v9 line is perfect for you. I'm selling these at a low price because I realize they're cosmetically not perfect. Again though, all the color loss happened in the firrst month and they've been totally stable since then. Angelus paint is what a lot of sneaker customizers use, and they make a new topcoat that's much stronger than the one I used here. You could actually change the colors if you want, but you're not going to be able to take the paint off all the way back to looking like a white set.
